Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied a few years back. Had a recruiter call asking basic questions about qualifications and computer skills. Then an in-office interview with the manager where they asked about work experience and computer skills. Took a Powerpoint assessment on-site, had 4 hours to complete but did it right away. It wasn't too hard, they just wanted someone who generally knew what they were doing.

There were two rounds for the interview. First was a presentation assignment. It was pretty easy to get through, you just had to make a presentation following the given directions. The second round was with the manager. In this round, I was asked to introduce myself. After that, they asked some questions based on my CV. Then, they asked about the challenges I encountered in my prior company.

Behavioral Technical

There was an assessment test followed by an interview. I passed the assessment but the interview was disappointing. Two people interviewed me, one of whom, Shaheen Khan (a trainer), was rude and judgmental. It took me a day to get over it. They rejected me because I had worked in 3 companies for 1.5 years each, which they felt showed unreliability. While I accept that, the aggressive behavior of the interviewer was unforgivable. The talent acquisition team, however, was polite and helpful.

Behavioral Technical

I did some prep for the interview, reading the job description and researching the company. Then I got a phone call. The person I spoke with was hard to understand, and it felt like she didn't get my answers either. She asked the same question three times! None of the questions were about art, but she was really focused on PowerPoint, asking me repeatedly how I use it, even though I've been using it for over 10 years. The questions were super vague and sometimes didn't even seem related to the job. It also seemed like the interviewer was distracted with something else. I was really looking forward to this, so I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down.

  • How have you utilized Outlook in your work?
