The interview process was pretty straightforward and the interviewer was pleasant. There were two interviews in total. First, I spoke with a supervisor from Williams Lea, and then I had a second interview with a manager from the client's company.

- Are you aware of the responsibilities associated with this role?
Administrative Assistant
It was a pretty thorough interview process with two interviews, including a skills test. The people I talked to were really nice and kept in touch well throughout. I felt like they listened to me and I could really show what I'm capable of and also my personality.
- What's your proficiency with computer programs like Microsoft Office and Google?
Administrative Assistant
The first interview was brief and the recruiter was impolite. I didn't hear back about a second interview for two weeks. My second interview was with my direct supervisor and it went quite well.
- Were you asked about your comfort level with Microsoft Office?
