So, I got a call from the HR person first, which was pretty professional. We talked about what they're after and their interview process. Then, I had to do this ArrayHopper coding homework. It was cool they even gave this to managers. I finished it in about an hour, then spent another hour checking for edge cases before sending it. Over a week later, the same recruiter called and said my program didn't work, no details. I asked for more info, and they said they'd send it offline, but never did. That kind of vague feedback is terrible. I really hope this isn't typical for the company and I just got unlucky.

It was the usual process for new grad software roles. First, there was a coding assignment. Then, the first interview, which was mostly LeetCode easy questions, about 2-3 of them. After that, a second interview focused on one DP question. I was expecting an onsite interview after doing well in the second round and putting in a lot of effort. The recruiter mentioned they were looking for an onsite date, but the next day I got an email saying the positions were filled. This was really unprofessional, especially since I'd been following up since the day after my second phone interview. They finally responded about 10 days later to say the positions were filled.

I had a phone interview with HR first, where we discussed my background, the role, and how I would fit in. The HR person was pretty cool. Then, I had a second video call with the hiring manager. My experience with him was not good. He seemed very arrogant. I might not know what you asked, but don't show a bad attitude. I feel blessed not to have been hired here. I applied because people working at WP have great reviews, but my interview experience was awful. Instead of an open discussion, I felt like the interview was more about him boasting about his knowledge in front of me.

The interview process was smooth and very informative. It began with a phone conversation with a recruiting coordinator to discuss Whitepages and the open position. The second interview was over the phone with the hiring manager, where I learned more about the team and how my background might fit the position's requirements. Finally, there was an onsite interview loop that took up most of the day. During the onsite interview, there was a sales exercise that I had a day prior to prepare. Ultimately, every interviewer was professional and friendly. I heard back in a timely manner after the interview process concluded.
