Software Engineer
First, there's a virtual Communication module to check your listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Then, for selected students, we move to Technical, Coding, and Cognitive & Adept rounds. These can be in-person or virtual. The Technical round covers data structures, algorithms, databases, cloud, and networking. In the Coding round, you'll solve problems in C, C++, Java, or .Net. The Cognitive Assessment uses games to test thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving. Adept Essentials checks your key traits. If you pass all these, you'll get a final technical interview.

Online Coding Instructor
The interview process includes a technical round, three demo sessions, and an induction training. It's very strict to get in, but it's a very good job with flexible timings and a good place to work. Teachers have a lot of scope to learn.

Coding Instructor
So there were 5 rounds in total, and each round involved a demo. Starting from the first round up to the last, you had to give demos on various coding aspects, like making games and apps. They were really looking at your communication because you'd be working internationally, and they need people with basic programming knowledge who can communicate well. So, if you get the programming concepts and have great communication, you can totally ace it.
