It was a well-structured and enriching process that not only tested our domain knowledge but also helped build confidence. It provided a great opportunity to reflect on our strengths and identify areas for improvement.

It started with a telephonic interview to check my background. After that, there were a few demo rounds where I was given topics to prepare. I had Demo 1, Demo 2, and Demo 3. Finally, there was a check by HR. All these were elimination rounds. The demo rounds were to test my knowledge and abilities. The final round also included some behavioural questions.

This role requires you to have high-speed internet and a good quality camera at your own expense. The process starts with a technical round that is conducted unprofessionally after much follow-up. Then, there are never-ending rounds where you need to learn their course material word-for-word, even though the interviewers refer to it themselves. They initially give low scores and then good marks, even better for the DEMO 3. The real torture begins with the director, Sonali Vaidya, who discourages you by saying your interview will be bad and you'll be less confident. She concludes by saying she had hoped for a good candidate but her day is ruined and she has to reject you, calling it an awful experience with a rude lady who lacks interviewing skills and empathy.
