Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was moderate. It started with a telephonic round, followed by a one-on-one interview. I was given a script to study for the HR round, which focused on questions about myself, why I'm interested in the company, and how to deal with an annoying customer. There was no technical round.

So far, two phone interviews have been conducted after an initial test that included English aptitude questions. Since it's lockdown time, these are likely happening remotely, as they would normally be on campus.

Behavioral Other

I had a really bad experience with HR at Whitehat. I went through 2 interview rounds and the HR said they'd contact me if selected. After 3 days of no response, I called the HR and was told I was selected. Then, they said the team would contact me about onboarding and salary verification. Two days later, I received an email asking for my salary slip, which I had already provided. Again, no communication. I followed up for 6-7 days with no reply. Finally, after 3 more days, they sent an offer letter, which I signed and returned. After resigning from my previous job, I was informed the day before joining that my start date was postponed by 2 days, which I accepted. Two days later, when I called the HR, there was no answer or reply on WhatsApp. I contacted another HR, who said my name was on the list but she didn't know why I wasn't onboarded yet. She assured me she'd add my name and that I'd definitely join the next week. Another HR confirmed this. However, the day before my new joining date, I tried contacting HR again with no response. Even on my actual joining day, I called and messaged them, but none of the 4 HRs replied. I was really looking forward to working at Whitehat, but I'm very disappointed with how they treated potential employees.
