The interview process involved two rounds. The interviewers seemed disengaged, and I felt they were putting words in my mouth. They were also observed doing other things during the interview. Ultimately, I was rejected via an automated text message. The questions themselves were easy.

I first talked to the company at a career fair at school. Then, I had a phone call and a recorded video interview. The first contact was great and the employees were helpful, friendly, and seemed to really care about us. Communication was good. But then, communication got messy and the interview structure wasn't clear. The phone call was just to check if I was a real candidate. The video interview was done alone and recorded. It was awkward, and they gave the wrong deadline to finish it. After I sent the video, there was no word from them for three weeks. I emailed them and was told I'd hear back within a week, but I didn't get any emails until three months later.

I had a phone chat with HR from the home office to review my resume and the job details. Then, about a week later, I went for an in-person interview with two hiring managers. It was a bit rushed and out of town, and they didn't cover travel costs. The interview involved going over my resume and past work, a rundown of the job, and then some questions, with time for me to ask them things too. Later, they called to say that while I was a good fit, they weren't making any offers right now because of a company restructuring. The job is still listed.
