Dental Hygienist
The process was straightforward. They provide a lot of information, but you definitely need to ask questions to get the full picture of the job. They don't sugarcoat the position, and it's not a role for everyone.
- What's the typical daily patient load?
Office Manager
I arrived at the location 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The interview process was smooth and informative, covering all job duties, responsibilities, and the hiring steps. The background check took approximately one week, after which I received the new hire paperwork.
- What are your goals for this role if you are hired?
General Dentist
The interview is a quick, easy, and friendly dentist interview, a relaxed conversation where we want to get to know you and your basic qualifications. We won't ask super technical questions, but more about your approach to patient care, why you decided to become a dentist, and what procedures you like best.
- What prompted your decision to pursue dentistry?
- Can you describe your philosophy on patient care?
- Which dental procedures do you find most rewarding?
Receptionist
Found the job on Indeed and applied. Got a call from the manager a few days later to chat about my experience and what I'd expect for pay. Then I had an in-person interview the very next day, it was pretty quick, only about 15 mins. The manager explained more about what she was looking for and asked about my background and future plans. I got the offer about 4 days after that.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Do you find it easy to handle multiple tasks at once?
