Production Operator
I'd like to congratulate the HR team for the excellent organization of the group dynamic, themed 'THE TOWER'. The instructions were very clear and time was managed efficiently. I found the dynamic very well structured. The way the exercise was conducted allowed all participants to have a chance to contribute and interact. I was positively surprised by the fluidity of the process. The format of the dynamic really provided a good insight into the company's collaborative culture. CONGRATULATIONS TO GABRIELE FROM RECRUITMENT.

Graduate Engineer Trainee
So basically, West came to our campus and the process was like this: first, they shortlisted resumes for students who had above 70% marks. Then, we had an online MCQs test covering technical and aptitude topics. After that, there was a Group Discussion for those who cleared the test. Following that, there were Technical Interview 1 and 2 where they asked about our major subjects. I actually had three technical interviews in total. Then came the HR interview, and finally, the Director interviewed us.

Grants Administrator
I had a phone screen, then a one-on-one, and finally a panel interview where I had to give a presentation I prepared beforehand. The team was great and easy to talk to, but the overall experience could be better. My recruiter left halfway through, so there was a long gap with no updates. After my last interview, they said I'd get feedback within a week, but it took two emails and almost a month to find out I didn't get the job. It seems like I slipped through the cracks due to poor communication, and they forgot to follow up after choosing someone else. The recruiter was honest and said she thought someone had already told me. I hope West can improve their processes based on this. Candidates invest a lot of time and effort, and at the very least, keeping us informed is really important!
- What is your motivation for joining West?
- What makes you want to pursue this particular position?
Team Lead
Total of 4 interview rounds. First, a screening interview with HR, where salary expectations were discussed at the end. At that point, it was mentioned that the salary expectation was above the range, but the overall package would need to be considered in the end. After 3 more interviews (virtual and on-site), there was a rejection with the reason being that the salary expectation was too high. There was no room for negotiation, just a rejection. After 4 interview rounds in total. Travel expenses were not reimbursed.
- What is your vision for the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Could you elaborate on your experience in leadership?
- In your own words, what is the job description about?
