west pharma is Product development for healthcare works on cutting edge technologies. The interview process took 3 days very long process with 6 rounds 1.written test 2.group discussion 3.Technical round -1 4.Technical round -2 5.Hiring manager round 6.HR round written test:- it should have aptitude and reasoning and programming MCQS like c and java. it same as mettl.tests papers..go through RS Agarwal,indiabix,geek monekey sites to practice well. GD is for just communication skills..if u talk valid points u will shortlisted. Technical round-1:- It was very tough round covering all topics like c,java and domain subjects.. They asked about project and other extra stuff other than academics and also tested programming skills and core knowledge Technical round -2:- Those who qualified in round 1 allowed to round 2.. they cover all topics once again..its like Q/A round takes much time approx 2 hours. checked all aspects of knowledge in different perceptions.I have prepared well on c,java and domain subjects.. hence i m selected.. HR round:-Its formal and more interactive asked about interests and family background etc.
