We did a group zoom interview with a manager and some of the team. It was a panel setup where they asked basic questions about my schooling, projects, and extra curriculars. The whole thing took less than an hour, with each person asking questions related to their specific job.

It was a good and great interview overall. It was a virtual Teams meeting with 2 panel members. They seemed to be checking my basic skill set and my knowledge of my projects. They introduced themselves, then asked me to introduce myself. One interviewer asked me to explain the projects on my resume. The other asked some basic Python and C questions, and about the differences between compilers and interpreters. She mainly focused on SQL, Python, and database management systems. It was a long interview, about 50 minutes. She asked me to write code for some logic and also to write 4-5 SQL queries.

My experience was pretty much the same as others. After spending several hours meeting with the HR leadership team, I followed up a bunch of times for any updates, but got no response. Based on other reviews, I expect a generic reply in a few weeks. It's disappointing that a long-standing company doesn't have a better process for candidates, but it does give you an idea of how they treat people. My advice is to directly ask the team about the next steps, whether on Zoom or in person, so you know what to expect.

I had a phone interview with an HR rep and then a zoom interview with her. After that, another zoom interview with the HR rep and HR trainer occurred. I was initially told that the person in charge of the program would be on the call, but he wasn't there for my interview. I was supposed to hear back in two weeks about whether I was selected, but I never did. They mentioned the program would start in August, then said it was delayed until September. I reached out and was kept waiting for several more weeks until all communication stopped. I never found out if I got the job or not, which makes it obvious I didn't.
