It takes weeks to get a call or e-mail back. After the interview, drug test, and background check, I was told to expect a call in the next few days to set up training and orientation. It took almost a month to get that call. Everything after that has been fine and is normal, but the recruiter and her process is horrendous, and I've heard similar stories from other past employees.

It was a simple interview. They asked me about my schedule and when I can work. They also asked if I had any prior experience. It's an open role for people good at customer service and ready to do the day-to-day tasks in a supermarket, including moving around a lot.

It was over the phone first, then in person. They did a drug test on the spot (had to hold a strip under my tongue for 5mins). We went through 3 questions, then one more about what I'm looking for at Weis markets. After this, if everything was fine, I got an offer, but it depended on the drug test and background check results. The hiring manager was really nice and made me feel welcome!
