This was my first job interview as a Design Engineer right after graduating. Because of this, many questions focused on fundamental concepts and my final year project. You should be prepared to discuss subjects you found interesting during your studies.

We start by screening your application. Then, there's a first call, either phone or video, to check if you meet the basic requirements. Depending on the role, you might then have technical, behavioral, or case interviews. Some roles also have assessments or assignments to test your skills. For the final interviews, you'll meet with senior leaders or team members to see if you fit with the company culture. After that, we check your references, and if everything looks good, we'll extend an offer. The whole point is to see your experience, how you solve problems, and if you align with our company values before we decide to hire.
