Behavioral Technical

The entire process took about 2 months, with a response only coming 3 months after applying. Because of the pandemic, it was all done remotely. There was an interview with HR and then later with the managers of the area. The HR interview was pretty relaxed, and with the managers, they asked specific questions about the area and about unusual situations at work (what would you do).

Technical Behavioral

There are usually 4 stages. The first stage involves language tests (English), an intelligence test, and a concentration test. The second stage is an interview with the HR staff, who are generally psychologists. The third stage is an interview with the managers of the chosen area or also from other areas that the HR staff judged you to have capacity and aptitude for. The final stage is not detailed but implied by the number of rounds.

Case Presentation

Simple process, no surprises. Marked by a lack of respect for the candidate. 2 months after 2 trips to the company without any feedback. Even trying to contact HR, they were not able to send a response. It is worth remembering that they AFFIRM at all times that a positive or negative response will be sent (they just don't say when), so 2 months later and they are still within the deadline, total lack of consideration, taking into account that most people have to travel to the company's city.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They present a case related to an innovative product for the company and ask for your opinion.
