Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty smooth process, with just two interviews and not too much heavy lifting in terms of prep. They asked about my background, experience, and general interest. The final interview got a bit more technical, covering things like numbers, CTR, and other media jargon. With some prep, it's definitely manageable. It seems like a role that requires a lot of communication.

The whole process takes about two weeks, it was pretty smooth. HR was super nice and responsive, and they were clear about the budget for the role. It started with an HR phone screening, then a first round with the manager where they asked technical and behavioral questions, and finally a second round with the director which was a very chill conversation for a vibe check.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I went through three interviews. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I met with the manager who explained the role and gave me a case study. I prepared a PowerPoint presentation for the case study. However, they stopped responding and ghosted me without any feedback or updates.

It was an okay process but you really need to know your stuff and have experience in digital marketing in depth to pass. They looked at communication skills because it's client-facing and how familiar you are with various platforms.
