Devops Engineer
My first chat with the recruiting team was great, they explained the company, the roles, and the perks really well. First impression was super positive. The technical interview, however, was pretty bad. The interviewers didn't seem interested, and the tech lead was 40 minutes late. During the chat, they kept muting their mic, looking away, and laughing. We had to take several breaks because the lead had to answer other people in the office who kept interrupting. I left feeling like they weren't really interested in hiring someone for the role, or maybe they already had someone picked.

IT Engineer
The interview process included an online test on HackerEarth with 60 questions to be completed in 60 minutes, consisting of 30 aptitude and 30 computer science questions. Students who were shortlisted then proceeded to two technical rounds and one managerial round conducted face-to-face. The first interview round covered topics such as 'Why IT engineer', Computer Networks, laptop architecture, IP addresses, OOP concepts, language-specific questions, and a discussion about projects.
- Can you explain why you want to be an IT Engineer?
- What are Computer Networks?
- What components make up a laptop's architecture?
Software Engineer
So they conducted two technical interviews. The second one was supposed to be for an hour but the interviewer went on for two hours asking verbal questions and coding. After that, the HR told me I was selected and the next step was a managerial round in Noida. But they kept delaying it with excuses, first saying it would be next week for sure, then on the weekend. Nothing happened, and the HR wouldn't pick up calls. The following week, I emailed the HR. They called back, apologized, and said the manager was in the US and that's why they couldn't do the round, promising it would be done before my last working day. Since then, it's been a cycle of broken promises and wasted time. My question is, if they can't conduct an interview, can't they just reject a candidate? It really shows the company's professionalism.

Full Stack Developer
So first there was a pre-placement talk, and then later that evening, we had our first round. The first round was an aptitude test with 60 questions and negative marking of -1 for each wrong answer. Only 21 out of 95 students got selected for the second round, which was a technical round. They focused on core subjects like oops, OS, DBMS, especially oops and DBMS. I was asked two DSA questions: one on run length encoding and another from arrays. It really depends on the panel interviewing you. The third round was a managerial round held at the company's office. I didn't get selected for this round, but they typically ask about the company. If you're interviewing, make sure you pay attention during the pre-placement talk because they might ask questions from it.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
