I had a shop floor assessment where I was asked to bring customers back to the counter for a sit-down consultation and makeup application. This part took around 30 minutes. After that, there was a general sit-down interview where they asked about my knowledge of the brand, why I wanted to work for them, and about my previous experience.

The interview process was pretty normal and free flowing. The interview was very nice and I made sure to ask a lot of questions which were all answered very clearly. I spoke a lot about me and my experience and why I was suited for the role and the interview was great.
