We had a group interview with 5 people. First, they asked about our availability. Then, each of us was asked the same 5 questions. After that, we each had to pick a product from the store and try to sell it to the interviewer. Finally, we were told to walk around the store and interact with customers while they watched.

First, there was an online screening where I had to rate myself on different things from 1 to 5. Then, I had a one-on-one interview that also included an evaluation on the shop floor. This involved going out onto the sales floor and answering questions, like how I'd help another assistant, how to approach a customer to see if they need help, and also specific tasks such as finding 3for2 deals, locating the cheapest toothpaste, and spending 10 minutes looking for a valentine gift idea for a female.
