I applied and got an initial call with the recruiter. Then, a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, a call with the whole team, followed by a video call with department leadership. They sent an offer about 2 weeks after applying. I told them my current salary and they sent a really low-ball offer, even less than what I make now. I tried to negotiate but they wouldn't pay market rate. I declined the offer.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online and got a call a few days later for an initial meeting with the recruiter. This first meeting was pretty thorough; it included a typing test (they needed 40 wpm) and we talked a lot about my past work experiences and how I approach my work. They really seem to care about finding people who will vibe with their company culture, so they asked questions to get a feel for my personal values and if I'd be a good fit. After that, I had a meeting with the hiring manager and also met with some of the administrative team. The whole thing wrapped up in under two weeks.

A staffing agency set up the interview time and day. I did some research on the company and the hiring manager. I arrived 15 minutes early and went over my notes. I interviewed with the manager and their assistant. They asked me about 10-15 behavioral questions, and then I asked them 4 questions about the company and the role. The last question was about the hiring manager, and they seemed impressed that I found positive information about them. After that, they asked if anything in my background or credit history would stop them from hiring me. I mentioned there might be a glitch and briefly explained why. The hiring manager walked me to the reception area after the interview, complimented me on it, and said they'd contact me in 2-3 days. I never heard back from the employer.
