The interview process was straightforward and clear. It involved a phone technical interview that assessed my expertise. The interviewer was calm and direct. The questions focused on technical aspects relevant to the job, and ultimately clarified any knowledge gaps for the role.

Technical

The whole interview thing took about two weeks to wrap up. It was basically just asking me technical stuff, no actual coding involved. They asked pretty simple questions, the kind of things you'd expect someone fresh out of college with a CS degree to know. It was a pretty standard interview, actually. Not as tough as I thought it might be.

I first met them at the CSUS career fair, and then they invited me for an interview at their office in Rancho Cordova. It was a quick process with five-minute interviews with different managers at separate tables. The questions they asked weren't all the same, and some managers just talked about the jobs they were hiring for.
