I talked to 2 supervisors, and they only asked me questions about dealing with conflicts. I've worked in customer service and as a team leader for many years. It seemed odd that all the questions were about conflict resolution. It made me wonder if there's a problem with their business model or culture if their customer service reps are dealing with so much conflict. Also, they didn't mention their pay rate anywhere and were vague about what they could offer, saying they couldn't discuss it. You should be able to talk about compensation during an onboarding interview, or else it's just a waste of time.

This was like an interrogation process. They asked why I left my last two jobs and wanted really detailed info, which made me uncomfortable because I had to leave my last job for medical reasons. Then there were 2 tests and a phone interview before the face-to-face. During the face-to-face, they didn't tell me everything about the job. They said I'd be helping doctors get authorizations and speaking to members, but they never mentioned doing claims.

Applied online, then got an invite for an online test the following Wednesday due to the holiday. Two days later, had a face-to-face interview. The interview format is STAR, so research that. Base answers on the job description and your resume. Keep responses to 2-3 minutes. Relax and be confident. Good luck!
