The interview process was truly impressive, thanks in large part to the amazing people involved. Everyone I interacted with was not only helpful but also transparent, making the experience feel open and honest. Their willingness to share insights about the role, team dynamics, and company culture helped me feel informed and at ease throughout the process.

The overall interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. It consisted of 5 stages in total. Initially, there was an online assessment which consisted of 30 multiple-choice questions and 3 coding problems. Candidates who successfully passed this stage were then invited to proceed with the rest of the interview stages. The second stage involved a pen-and-paper coding test where we had to solve 3 coding questions. We were grouped into pairs, and about 8 people were selected from each group. After that, we had a Technical round where they asked basic C and C++ coding questions, including how to swap two numbers without using a third variable, and questions on OOPS concepts. The next stage was a Technical Managerial Round, and the final stage was an HR round.

I was contacted directly by the hiring manager for the Senior Recruiter role at the Van Buren location, skipping the usual recruiter call. The process involved several interview rounds with upper management. They were very efficient in providing feedback and the interviewers were pleasant. However, after the interviews concluded, I received no further communication, which was quite disappointing.

Coding Technical Behavioral

First, there's an online assessment with coding and aptitude questions to check problem-solving and technical skills. Then, we do technical interviews, likely more than one, to dive deep into technical knowledge like data structures, algorithms, and specific domain stuff, seeing how well you understand and apply it. After that, you'll chat with a hiring manager or team lead about your past projects, how you tackle problems, and some situational questions to see if you'd fit the team and our values. Finally, HR will have a chat, mostly behavioral questions, about your career goals and what you're looking for salary-wise, to make sure you're a good cultural fit and sort out the employment details.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They focused a lot on pointers, and even though they said any language is okay, C++ and pointers were emphasized in the interviews; knowing Java didn't seem to matter.
