This was honestly one of the worst interview experiences I've had. It felt unprofessional and like a total waste of my time from the get-go. They didn't even bother to have one interviewer physically present, making me travel for nothing. It was super disrespectful of my time. During the chat, they basically implied I had no clue what they were doing, even though they never bothered to give me any info about the company. It's wild to expect candidates to just guess how a business works. One of the controllers was really arrogant and treated it like an interrogation, not a conversation, and the other just sat there silently on the screen, contributing zero. Then, the business case I did for free got dismissed like I might have used AI, which was insulting. If you can't trust people, why give them a case study? Overall, it was a really disrespectful and badly run process. They messed with my time, ignored my effort, and showed no team spirit or professionalism. My advice? Don't waste your time on a case study until you're sure they're serious about the process.

The interview process with Yuki was a letdown. After passing multiple stages, including a technical test I put a lot of work into, I found the process lacked professionalism. I submitted a technical test with a solution that went above and beyond the requirements, adding extra features and details. But, when it came time to review the test, the interviewers seemed uninterested. I explained my entire solution thoroughly, and to my surprise, they didn't ask a single question about it. This lack of engagement during the technical test review was worrying and showed the interviewers weren't prepared. There were no meaningful questions, and the interviewers didn't seem to have a good grasp of the technical aspects, which was unbelievable. Typically, technical tests should lead to a more in-depth discussion about the solution and related topics to evaluate a candidate's skills. Here, however, the absence of relevant questions and the interviewers' insufficient technical knowledge were obvious. To sum it up, my interview experience with Yuki was disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest putting time into this hiring process because the interviewers' lack of preparation and technical knowledge can ruin the candidate experience.

It started with HR, then a technical interview, and finally one with the bosses. The HR chat was super friendly. The technical part focused on JavaScript and Vue. The final round with the bosses was mainly to see if they liked me.

I was approached with a job offer, and after expressing my interest, we arranged and conducted a brief phone call interview. I then had to wait for about two to three weeks for a follow-up interview for skill assessment, which was initially planned for the week after the phone call. However, the follow-up was postponed because one of the decision-makers was on vacation. Unfortunately, that's as far as I got in their recruitment process, as the next communication I received was to let me know they had found someone with more experience.
