I was emailed for an interview with a recruiter to discuss the role and my background. It was a standard screening. The recruiter was nice and said they'd follow up by the end of the week. I got an email later that week saying they wanted to move forward but thought I might be a better fit for a different role. I replied, excited to proceed, asking for more info but confirming my interest. It's been weeks with no response despite a few polite follow-ups. I'm really disappointed and confused by the lack of communication.

The whole interview process took less than a month. It usually involves 2-3 interviews to check if you fit the company culture. Then, there's a presentation and assignment for leadership to evaluate your skills. After that, you interview with the head of the department or CEO. Finally, references are checked before an offer is made. It's a tough but fair process and totally worth it if you get the job. Interviews here are pretty chill, and they usually ask standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what's your ideal job'. It might seem rare to get an offer, but in my experience, it's doable. They really value their company and only hire the absolute best. My advice: be yourself and put a lot of effort into the assignment they give you.

The interview process was extremely unorganized. I applied for one position but was suggested for two other roles. The entire process lasted 4 months and involved 13 rounds. These included 1:1 meetings with the CEO, CTO, and other managers and team members. I also had to give a 30-minute presentation and complete a 45-minute technical interview where I addressed sample help desk tickets. Despite all this, they ultimately decided to move forward with other candidates, though they encouraged me to reapply. I declined, as it was a significant waste of my time and effort.

I was contacted to schedule a 20 minute initial phone call interview in about a week. The interview was easy, it started with a couple situational judgement type questions. Then the interviewer explained some more about the job and asked if that was something I was interested in. I said absolutely yes, but then I wasn't offered a chance to ask any questions. It felt very rushed. The phone call was only 10 minutes long. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week or beginning of the next week. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything back. I've since been offered and accepted a position with another company, which I'm glad I did instead of waiting, because reading the other reviews here, it seems to be a pretty lengthy interview process for an entry-level position.
