The interview process was good, and I had a good time. I can say the company is good and has a good work culture and environment, so anyone can have good learning and experience.

I had to interview with 4 different people across the span of a week. My direct manager told me he was working on a job offer for me. But then, at the very last minute, they decided they wanted me to do a role play with 3 other people on their team. It's been ages since I've seen a company ask for a role play, especially for a sales role where I'm used to closing nearly $1m annually and doing demos every day. This place seems like a joke, wouldn't recommend it.

Applied online and HR coordinator called me to set up a phone interview with the recruiter. The phone interview was about 20 min and she just asked me questions about my current duties and why I left previous jobs. Then I had four separate zoom interviews. One was with the hiring manager, two were with different VPs and the last one was with an executive VP. The hiring manager also asked me to complete an excel project to prove that I knew how to use it. The HR coordinator did mess up scheduling my zoom interviews twice, which was a little frustrating. So just triple check with her when you schedule your interview. Everyone I talked to was very nice, but the reason I rated my experience as negative is because they ghosted me. After a week went by I reached out to the hiring manager asking if they had made a decision yet, and no response. I waited another week and sent an email to the HR coordinator asking if they went with another candidate and no response. I know giving bad news is not fun, but it literally takes two minutes to send your candidates an email letting them know you went in a different direction. There are even automated emails that can be sent now, so honestly there is no excuse. It is very unprofessional, especially after I completed five interviews and a project.

A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, and we scheduled an initial call. Following that, I completed an assessment. After passing the assessment, they set up an interview with the hiring manager. I wasn't thrilled with the communication delays; since all contact had to go through the recruiter, it seemed to slow things down as she had to coordinate with the hiring manager. On a Thursday, they asked if I could meet the following Friday for a 3-hour window, and I responded the same day with a suitable time. The recruiter didn't reply until the next Wednesday, stating the time was taken and asking if I could meet during the other 2 hours, which I couldn't due to my current work. We eventually scheduled something for the following week, but even though they mentioned the hiring manager would be on vacation, it took another two weeks for them to inform me that initial interviews were complete. They then shared that the position no longer had financial approval but asked if I'd be interested in other roles if they opened up later.
