The interview process with VS was very smooth and conversational, starting with getting to know each other. Then, there was a series of standard interview questions to gauge my character and how I handle challenges. After my interview with a Sales manager, I was told I'd get feedback within the week, and the next day, the recruiter let me know I was hired. The onboarding was easy, and the team ensures everything is properly done.

Two recruiters reached out to me and were super helpful in getting me ready for my interview. They were really nice and guided me the whole way. Then, I had my interview with the hiring manager, but he didn't even confirm it until the very last minute. This guy was such a jerk, really condescending, and only asked me one question about the job. He mostly just harped on why I left my last job and basically lectured me for the whole 30 minutes. I felt totally humiliated and talked down to, like I was a kid. He didn't even try to see who I was as a person, just judged me based on his own ideas. It was honestly one of the most awkward interviews I've ever been through, and I wish I'd just ended the call. Oh, and I didn't even apply for this job; they contacted me because of my background and what I've done.

It was pretty straightforward. Started with an HR chat, then met with the Sales Manager, and finally the Sales Director. Got the offer two days after talking to the director. The whole thing took about two weeks. Definitely do your homework and think of some good questions to ask them to show you're really interested.
