Behavioral Technical

It started with a call from HR, then I had an interview with two managers where they dug into my past experience and CV achievements. After that, I had to do a test on role-specific tasks like explaining Incoterms, calculating delays, and doing basic conversions. Then, I had another chat with the HR manager. They mentioned a call with the director was planned, but it never ended up happening.

Behavioral Group

The process starts with contact via WhatsApp, where they talk about benefits and ask if you want to join the selection process. If you confirm, they give you material to prepare for the in-person interview, which is usually scheduled a few days later. For those who don't like group interviews, it can be uncomfortable because there are so many candidates. At the location, they offered a snack and the chat with the interviewer was chill. Not all managers asked questions, but those who did, there were repetitive moments, like asking which company the candidate worked for right after the candidate mentioned their experiences (e.g., "I worked at company Y for 12 months" and, a few seconds later, the manager asks, "Which company did you work for?"). They promised a response within a month, but it's been over a month with no feedback. This shows a lack of consideration for candidates, who often have to take time off work and spend money on transportation to attend the interview.
