Behavioral Group

The process starts with contact via WhatsApp, where they talk about benefits and ask if you want to join the selection process. If you confirm, they give you material to prepare for the in-person interview, which is usually scheduled a few days later. For those who don't like group interviews, it can be uncomfortable because there are so many candidates. At the location, they offered a snack and the chat with the interviewer was chill. Not all managers asked questions, but those who did, there were repetitive moments, like asking which company the candidate worked for right after the candidate mentioned their experiences (e.g., "I worked at company Y for 12 months" and, a few seconds later, the manager asks, "Which company did you work for?"). They promised a response within a month, but it's been over a month with no feedback. This shows a lack of consideration for candidates, who often have to take time off work and spend money on transportation to attend the interview.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

It was a long, tiring, and disorganized hiring process. The initial in-person stage with the recruiters, including a dynamic and psychological tests, was interesting, but having two separate meetings over two days seemed unnecessary. From the manager interviews onward, the company showed significant disorganization and poor communication. Candidates weren't told beforehand which department(s) they were being considered for, which could have saved unnecessary trips. On two occasions, I was given the wrong location to meet the manager. Although I was approved for a department I was interested in, I received a call two days later stating that the department couldn't hire interns until further notice.
