We started with an online assessment, then had some questions with the recruiter. After that, there was a trader interview, followed by a final in-person onsite. It wasn't overly difficult, but you need to be good at mental math and understanding expected value.

Technical Coding

This was a quantitative trading intern role. The interview involved a probabilities, sequences, variance and covariance question. It was quite difficult to solve within the time given, and I couldn't solve most of the problems. I would recommend brushing up on your math and reading the green book before taking the assessment.

Coding Technical Behavioral

I went through a few online assessments on Hackerrank. The first one was all about data structures and algorithms, and the second one focused more on OOP. They felt pretty similar to the OAs from Headlands or Wolverine trading. After that, there was an HR screen, which might have just been an email. Then, I had an interview with an engineer where we mostly talked about my past projects in a behavioral style. The final stage was supposed to be the onsite, but honestly, I was flown out to Chicago just to sit in a room and do another online assessment for 3 hours, which wasn't even proctored. Afterward, we discussed how I approached the solutions with the engineers, and there was a brief behavioral part. Got the rejection email a week later. Felt like a total waste of my time.
