It was pretty chill. First, they asked about my professional background and to tell them a bit about myself. Then, there was a second phase, a group activity, more focused on how I interacted with colleagues.

I had an interview with over 30 people in a room. They asked the usual stuff: what's your biggest flaw, your best quality, who do you live with, what do you do? There was also a psychometric test and a quick chat with the manager.

It was okay... They ask you questions that make you sure you passed and in the end they say 'we'll call you', it would have been easier to say in the interview if you passed or not.. the person gets happy thinking they passed and then receives an email saying they were not suitable for the position, what's up with that???

The hiring process had about 3 or 4 stages, which I thought were pretty average. My best advice is to just be yourself, since they'll figure out who you are during the interview anyway. I got pre-approved after my interview, and the recruiter said HR would call to schedule document submission. Someone I've kept in touch with got the HR call, but it's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. I'm really disappointed by the company's lack of consideration because I turned down another interview offer while waiting for them, believing they would follow through.
