Customer Service Representative
They do a normal interview with the manager, where there's a test that includes a dictation, math problems, and an essay. Then there's a presentation and questions about your professional achievements, personal life, flaws, and qualities.
- Tell me about your flaws and qualities, but don't say anxiety, perfectionism, or being too focused.
Customer Service Representative
I don't recommend this company because, in my opinion, it's not made up of professionals. I went through the selection process and was approved, but they never got back in touch to send the documents. When I called to ask why, they said they no longer had openings for the shift I had chosen. What?! They offered me a time slot that the company didn't have available, and even if that were true, wouldn't they just contact me and offer another time slot??? Unprepared company and a flawed recruitment process!

Customer Service Representative
The interviewers are all serious and very professional. They dig deep and find out everything they need to know about you and if you are qualified.
- What is your biggest flaw as an employee?
