I had an interview with over 30 people in a room. They asked the usual stuff: what's your biggest flaw, your best quality, who do you live with, what do you do? There was also a psychometric test and a quick chat with the manager.

It was a good interview experience, they made sure I didn't feel anxious or nervous. The company seems to really value its employees and strive for a welcoming work environment. The HR staff were super friendly, treating me with great kindness and assisting with anything I needed. The interview itself was enjoyable; we did IQ tests and discussed short-term and long-term aspirations. The interview was conducted in a group setting, which facilitated the dynamics.

The whole selection process is very good and difficult. In the first stage, there were about 15 candidates in a room. The recruiter dictated 8 words, and we had to form a sentence with them. Right after, there was a math test, a logical reasoning test, and a computer skills test. At the end, an essay. While we were taking the test, the recruiter called our names, and we had to stand up to introduce ourselves one by one. After the introductions, the tests were collected. We had to wait 15 minutes in the reception to see who passed to the second stage. The recruiter called 4 candidates out of 15 for the second stage. I was one of those 4. The second stage was on the same day. The recruiter gave us 1 minute to think about something to sell. The 4 of us formed a single-file line with our backs to the recruiter, where we had to sell the product to the person in front of us.
