UI Designer
The interview process includes technical and soft skills questions, HR screening, and then a technical interview. There's also a Figma test to complete beforehand, which is discussed during the interview. They'll ask about your choices and potential improvements you could make with more time.
- How do you use Figma?
Video Editor
I was contacted on Linkedin, and then I started with a video call interview. Everything was fine up to that point. However, the lack of follow-up after the interviews left me unsatisfied, as I felt disrespected.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Describe your typical workflow.
- Which software and tools are you proficient with?
People Operations Analyst
The process was straightforward and to the point, without unnecessary detours. Questions focused on past experiences and what I expect from the role. Information about benefits was not very clear. Overall, it was very relaxed, and they were very attentive. It's a shame this attention seems to disappear after you're hired, as if during the selection process you were completely accessible to HR, but after joining, you become just another enrollment number.
- Tell me about your short, medium, and long-term expectations.
Sales Executive
