Software Engineer
Me desclassificaram sem justificativa, alem disso pediram varios dados pessoais antes de sequer fazer qualquer teste relevante para o cargo, fiquei bastante frustrada e não recomendo esses processos novos de contrataçao com "entrevista" e "seleção" por ai

Software Engineer
It was a chat with HR and then a more technical chat with the area managers. I found it very good, very relaxed and more focused on experiences, how problems were solved, what I had worked with rather than focusing on some shallow exercise.
- What technologies do you have experience with?
Software Engineer Trainee
It was cool, candidates could choose to give a class or present a project. We had 5 minutes to introduce ourselves and then go into the class/project. I did a 1-minute intro and used the remaining 4 minutes for the topic. The questions were about what I presented. What was neat is all the leaders were actively involved, asking questions and giving compliments.
- What was the reason for selecting this particular topic?
- Have you had the opportunity to apply this in any of your projects?
- Could you describe your experience with it?
