The interview process was easy and included a lab practical. There were 4 people and it felt relaxing. They did a quiz and a lab experiment afterwards. Prepare for that using YouTube for help. Don't worry, prepare beforehand. Read the job description.

Behavioral Other

It was an open-ended interview. They asked questions that were specific to counselling and psychotherapy, and my style of practice. The interview was more like a conversation and a discussion about therapy, as opposed to a question-and-answer format.

Technical Coding Behavioral

So for the ML intern role, it starts with looking at your resume and a quick phone chat to see if you're a good fit and interested. Then, there's a technical test, maybe a coding challenge or quiz on ML stuff, data structures, and algorithms. After that, you'll have a technical interview where you'll talk about ML concepts, how you'd solve problems, and your previous projects. They also do a behavioral interview to check out your communication, teamwork, and drive. Lastly, you'll chat with some senior folks or managers to see if you'd fit in and get into the role's details.

Presentation Group

I applied about 6 weeks ago and then got an interview invite. It included a panel interview and a 10-minute presentation. It took 3 weeks after that to hear back by email that I didn't get the job, and they didn't give any feedback. This whole process could have been faster, especially since I had to spend time preparing for the presentation and the interview.
