The interview process started with an HR interview that focused on behavioral questions, particularly asking about experiences dealing with difficult people. Based on the interview, this role appears to be primarily about reviewing forms submitted by those they serve. The manager seemed to prioritize efficiency in quickly reviewing forms, making it feel somewhat like an assembly line.

So I had an initial pre-screening with HR, then it took several weeks to set up the next interview. After the interview, which was a panel of four people, I waited 3 weeks and then reached out to HR for a status update. I never got any feedback. It wasn't a hard interview, I felt like I answered all the questions well. I was really excited about the organization's mission. The whole experience gave me a really bad impression of USAC. At the very least, they should offer feedback on whether you're selected or not.

The interview process was really simple. I first got a call from HR for a preliminary phone screen. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, they invited me for a face-to-face interview. During the face-to-face, I met with the manager, the director, someone from a department I'd work with, and finally HR to ask any questions. About 3-5 days after the interview, the manager and HR called with a verbal offer, and I got the formal written offer the same day.

The interview process has a few stages. First, there's a phone screen. You might have to wait a while to hear back, so it's a good idea to follow up after a couple of weeks. Then, you'll have an in-person interview, and possibly a second in-person interview with more interviewers. They might even interview you for one role and then later for a different one.
