Program Manager
The interview process is pretty thorough. You'll start with HR to confirm your resume details. Then, you'll likely meet with the whole team, and their questions will differ based on their experience and what they focus on. It usually ends with a final chat with the senior manager of the team.
- What would be the first step you would take to excel in this role?
- What is the first thing you would do to be successful in this position?
Program Manager
I spoke with the VP and the COO, and a little bit with some staff members. HR handled all the follow-up. On the first day, HR missed setting up some of the training sessions, which is typical for HR, though some recent hires are doing better. The interview process has improved, but the hiring process is still a bit of a mess.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Program Manager
I started with a phone chat with my future manager. Then I visited the office to meet two managers from my team. After that, there was a second group interview with 2 other department members.
- Can you describe how you handle challenging client interactions?
