It started with a written form where I had to answer questions about my interest in the role and my strategic approach. After that, I had an interview with the program director and some folks from the program and communications team. The interview itself was really nice and covered a good mix of technical and situational topics.

Started with HR outreach and a quick phone call. Then, I had a panel interview with two colleagues from UNF. Following that, there was another panel interview with five more colleagues from UNF. The next step was an interview with the Hiring Manager. Finally, HR called me to offer me the position.

Behavioral Technical

We had a Teams interview scheduled but it got moved. The interview questions themselves were pretty straightforward, but the senior manager's attitude really threw me off. She looked completely uninterested and annoyed from the moment she appeared on screen. She didn't seem engaged with any of my answers, so the team manager ended up handling most of the questioning because the senior manager wanted to wrap things up quickly. Honestly, I'm relieved I didn't proceed to the next stage, as working with such temperamental leaders would have been difficult. My advice: don't look up interviewers online beforehand and know what they look like, it's just a waste of everyone's time.

The interview process kicked off with a 30-minute phone screening call from communications to discuss my background. A week later, I received an email to schedule a 45-minute Zoom interview with the hiring Director. Two days after that, another email came in scheduling a panel interview. This one was an hour long and involved 4 people from different initiatives who assessed me. They asked behavioral questions to understand the type of colleague I would be. After that, it took three days before another email arrived scheduling a 30-minute interview with another Director, focused more on organizational fit. That was the final interview.
