Research Representative
A recruiter reached out about the role and I confirmed my interest. They then asked for a short video introducing myself in English to check my language skills. After that, the first interview was set up. It turned out to be a group interview with two other people. The manager asked everyone the same questions one by one. After we all answered, they talked about the company and the job. It felt a bit impersonal, but it was professional.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this role?
- What motivates your interest in this particular position?
Benefits Analyst
The first interview was a group session where they talked more about the company and really pushed the idea of residual income. They mentioned there's no base pay, it's all commission based on contract signings. No other benefits are offered. Since it's 100% commission, you might not make any money in a given month, so they expect you to get a part-time job until you start earning. They made it sound like residual income could make you very wealthy, but honestly, without hard work and a part-time job, you won't see much money for a while. When I asked about the analyst role, they said you start with cold calling and they'll teach you the analyst stuff later, but it sounded like all you'd really do is cold call and try to get contracts. I'd avoid this unless you're okay with working really hard, showing up every day like a regular employee, possibly making nothing, and needing a part-time job too.
- Would you prefer an hourly wage or a salary based on residual income?
- What drives you to work diligently?
- Given the challenges of the first year, how will you manage your finances during that period?
Marketing Consultant
It was a group interview, and we all had to introduce ourselves first. Then the interviewer talked about the company and its business. After that, each interviewee explained why they were the best fit for the job. It was a pretty useful experience, and the interview was very relaxed and comfortable.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Marketing Analyst
I had a group interview with three other candidates, who were interviewing for different positions. A Senior Partner asked us to introduce ourselves and explain our interest in the role. He then gave a PowerPoint presentation about the different positions at the company and discussed salary, noting that there's no base salary. I felt they were looking more for sales than an analyst, which suggested it wasn't the right fit for me.
- Would you rather have residual income or a fixed salary?
