So the first round was a group interview at their Irvine office. I walked into a boardroom with like 20 other people applying for the job. We all had to introduce ourselves and say why we wanted to work there. Then the CEO gave a presentation about the insurance industry and explained the job and how we'd get paid. After that, we could ask questions, and then we had to write a short essay and pick our preferred pay structure if we got the job. They said if you make it to the next round, they'll call you in for a second interview. I got called back, so I'll update this later!

It was a group interview, and we all had to introduce ourselves first. Then the interviewer talked about the company and its business. After that, each interviewee explained why they were the best fit for the job. It was a pretty useful experience, and the interview was very relaxed and comfortable.

It was a group interview. First, you introduce yourself. Then, they give you a presentation explaining how residual income is better than salary. The process was pretty easy, and I spent most of the time listening to the presentation. This is definitely not a marketing consultant position.
