First is a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. Second is a 1-2 hour in-person meeting with the franchisee/manager. About a week after that, you're invited to part three, a 6-hour shadowing experience where you'll be interviewed by a senior account executive. During this part, you'll make cold calls and learn alongside other account executives. Part four involves another phone interview with a different manager from the franchise group. All communication happens through the recruiter. You'll get an automated email about whether you got the job.

This was a very organized interview process with many iterations and rounds. I had a lot of interaction with decision makers throughout the process and enjoyed speaking with many of the team members. It seems to be a great culture in that office. I wish them the best of luck.

I drove to Boston for the interview on a Monday morning, leaving very early to avoid traffic. The drive ended up taking three hours. Once I got there, the interview was only 35 minutes long, and I had to pay $40 for parking, which I wasn't reimbursed for. I was offered a second interview, a ride-along, for the next Tuesday, and I accepted. A few days later, the interviewer called and asked to reschedule that second interview to Thursday. I agreed. Then, the day before the rescheduled interview, he texted to ask if we could move it again, to Friday. I reluctantly agreed. He didn't offer any apology or explanation for these changes. Since I hadn't heard anything on Thursday and assumed everything was still on, I bought a bus ticket and stayed with a friend the night before to avoid Friday morning traffic for my 9:30am interview. At 8:30am on Friday, just an hour before the interview and as I was leaving, he called. He said there was a family emergency and cancelled the interview for the third time. He said he'd call either later that day or the following Monday to reschedule. Honestly, the repeated reschedules, the late cancellation, and his lack of emotion made me suspicious. My suspicion was confirmed when I heard nothing all day Friday, the following Monday, or the eleven days after that. During this time, I got and accepted an offer from another company. After I accepted the other job, I emailed to let them know that since they clearly weren't going to reschedule, I'd taken another position and was withdrawing my application. Only then did he try to contact me frantically, apologizing and trying to get me to forgive him. I ignored all his attempts. His handling of the whole process was extremely unprofessional. He should have his qualifications reviewed because he seems inexperienced. He showed no remorse for inconveniencing me by changing the interview multiple times, making me take three days off work, or for waiting until I was on my way to call and cancel. This whole experience makes me think it's a reflection of the company culture, and I'm really glad I didn't end up working there.

I was referred by a former employee for the Office Manager position. I reached out to schedule an interview. There was communication between the Owners and the sales person referring me. I went in for the first interview with the first owner, not sure what to expect. I received an email for a second interview with the second owner. A third email came for the final interview with both owners. I signed the hiring paperwork and started two weeks later in June 2011.
