Behavioral Case

It was a long interview process, with several rounds that focused on your background, current role, and how you'd contribute to the company. It felt conversational but was very detailed. Expect that they'll ask similar questions across the interviews, focusing on your experience and if you're a good fit for the role.

Behavioral Technical Group

First is a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. Second is a 1-2 hour in-person meeting with the franchisee/manager. About a week after that, you're invited to part three, a 6-hour shadowing experience where you'll be interviewed by a senior account executive. During this part, you'll make cold calls and learn alongside other account executives. Part four involves another phone interview with a different manager from the franchise group. All communication happens through the recruiter. You'll get an automated email about whether you got the job.

Behavioral Group Technical Presentation

So first there was a phone screen, then a group interview, followed by a one on one interview. After that I had to do some shadowing, and then one last one on one interview. Honestly, this was one of the sketchiest interviews I've ever had. During the group interview, the recruiters finished and said they'd get back to us in 48 hours. Then they left the room, came back and said some of us had incomplete applications and needed to give more info. The other two candidates left. We asked what they needed, and they admitted they didn't actually need anything, they just wanted to get rid of the others. Then four interviewers came in for one on one interviews, followed by a personality test. The next day, I shadowed someone, and at the end of that, I had a final one on one. They told me they'd talk to the people I shadowed about the decision. I left the building and literally a minute later got an email saying I didn't get the job. I don't mind a lot of interviews, but just be upfront about it. If you can't be honest during the hiring process, how can you be honest with your employees???
