Cleaner
They asked general questions about yourself, why you want the job, what skills you have that match with the role, also past experiences, how these experiences suit the role, what you can do differently, and why Unifi.
- Tell me about your experience working with a team.
Wheel Chair Agent
The hiring process was quite long, but it was well-organized. They provided paid training, which was a big plus. I really appreciated that they covered our time and travel expenses. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
- Do you have the physical capability to push or pull over 200 pounds?
- Tell me some basic information about yourself.
Food/Beverage Packer
After applying online, I was contacted for an interview within a week. The interview was more of a group job presentation for over 30 applicants and was scheduled for about 2 hours. During the presentation, as the job details and expectations were explained, many applicants, including myself, left after about an hour. A more efficient company would have conducted phone screenings instead of making people waste time and travel for a presentation for a role that didn't match the job posting.
- Are you over 18 years of age?
- Did you bring two forms of identification with you?
Cabin Agent
I applied online straight with DGS at the start of Feb. A couple days later, I got an email to do a HireVue interview. I did the interview with 7 questions using the HireVue app. About 2 weeks after that, I was invited to a hiring event. The hiring event included filling out paperwork, a one-on-one interview with one question, and onboarding. It was a 4-hour thing. I also had to do a background check and drug test after the hiring event. I got emails saying I'm a DGS employee, but I haven't gotten a training date yet. They said it would be sometime in April. I haven't heard anything else from DGS after trying to call them. You gotta have patience.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your work experience?
- What makes you want to join DGS?
- How would you define personal honesty?
