Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Unifi.
Supervisor
It was a pretty slow and bureaucratic process, involving several interview stages. These stages included interviews with managers, psychologists, and the HR team. Overall, I found the company's approach to thoroughly assess candidates interesting.
- What is your desired salary?
- Why are you interested in this company?
- What do you know about this process?
Supervisor
The interview was held in a hotel conference room. It was pretty simple. I was asked about my years of experience. Later, human resources pulled each person aside and asked them individual questions based on the position they applied for.
- How many years of experience do you have in the airline industry?
- Can you describe what is needed to be a supervisor?
- What is your definition of integrity?
Supervisor
It was very unprofessional. The interviewer doesnt even know what he is doing. Not a good company. I would advise to find another company. This is not a company you want to retire
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
