I had an interview with a recruiter and then about six to seven interviews for the same role. They asked us the same questions, and then that was it. It wasn't difficult, but it felt like a waste of time because the people who interviewed later could prepare their answers better.

The interview process was quite thorough and kept me engaged. It was a good chance to talk about what I can do and really get a feel for the job. I thought the conversation was interesting and taught me a lot, making me feel good about the team and the company.

Applied online and the whole thing took less than a week cuz they never got back to me after the second interview. I think they called me for a phone screening and then I had a video call for the first round. It was unexpected that I was interviewed with three other people and the questions were general. They explained what Ultimate Marketing does and how income works, saying it's performance-based and the base rate isn't great for a stable job. They also said everyone starts at the same level and moves up to plan and conduct their own events (management training program). It felt like a few red flags. The third interview was supposed to be a video call but I got a phone call instead. The interviewer said she was outside for an event, so she couldn't do video. I wish we could've rescheduled because it felt rushed since she was calling while working. They said they'd call back but never did. The job posting didn't match what I was looking for, and I'm pretty sure you have to work really hard to move up the training program. The interviews felt rushed, and I felt they didn't really get to know me.

Got an interview invite soon after applying, so I don't think they even read my resume. It was a group interview with 3 other people. The hiring manager talked a lot about the job and how promotions could take 6-10 months, but didn't really explain the day-to-day tasks. I asked about the daily work, what skills we'd use, if we'd organize events, give speeches, write materials, ask for donations, or meet clients for strategy. He just kept saying 'marketing at events for our clients.' When I pushed for more details about the actual job and communication skills, he kicked me off the Zoom. I didn't even get to ask about pay or benefits, which weren't in the vague job description. His refusal to answer makes me think it's an MLM scam targeting young people looking for career growth, promising marketing jobs but actually just using them for charity donations at events.
