I had an interview with a recruiter and then about six to seven interviews for the same role. They asked us the same questions, and then that was it. It wasn't difficult, but it felt like a waste of time because the people who interviewed later could prepare their answers better.

It was a pleasant and chill conversation I ever had in my entire life during the interview. Great to have had a chance to take this interview. It is great to know the qualifications process of the interview was taking a part in getting to know the candidate better personally.

The interview started with a group session with two other people, which I didn't expect. An HR manager talked about the job and how the company is structured. It seems like this entry-level job involves learning direct marketing, and then you can get promoted based on how well you do, eventually becoming a partner. Once you're a partner, you're supposed to open your own marketing firm. The job was different from what the description said, which was a bit concerning. The whole setup felt like a pyramid scheme because the company relies on people opening more firms. They take a cut of the profits from these firms, which was another red flag. I went through the whole interview to try and get more answers. They offered me the job, but I turned it down.
