Customer Service Representative
The interview process was easy and fast, not super detailed but provided useful information. There weren't many questions. I actually thought the first interview should have been a phone call. In the second interview, I ended up asking most of the questions, but the interviewer had all the answers.
- Could you explain how this role aligns with your qualifications?
Customer Service Representative
I applied for a customer service job, and it wasn't advertised as a sales role. I got an email and a call for an interview. I told them my availability is Mon-Fri until 5 pm, no nights or weekends, and they said it was fine. The first interview was easy, though the location was a bit sketchy. The interviewer, who I think was the Manager, was nice and said he could work around my schedule. However, he asked if I could work a Saturday, it would only be a half-day, like 9 am-2 pm at the latest. He wanted me to come in for a second interview. The second interview was with a different lady. She asked about my schedule again and went over the first interview. Then she said my schedule probably wouldn't work because most people there don't finish until 7-7:30 pm on weekdays, and Saturdays are 9 am-6 pm. She said she'd talk to the managers and call me in two business days with a decision. I never got that call. It seems they want you to go through manager training for 4 months to a year and a half, then give you keys to your own office to hire and train people. The pay isn't great either, based on commission, about $0.10 on the dollar, and you have quotas.
- Do you know about the D.A.R.E. program?
- What do you like about this company?
- What qualities do you have?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was conducted over Zoom due to the quarantine. After three interviews, I was offered the job. However, upon further research, I discovered the work wasn't what they initially described and was actually commission-based.
- Can you tell me about your experience in this field?
