It took about 4 months for them to respond to my application. The interview was conducted over email, and they took several weeks to follow up. I never heard back so I assumed they weren't interested. This is the second time this has happened with Deckers.

I had an interview at a small store in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. The interview was from 4pm to 4:50pm and I went through 2 interviews with about 20 questions total. They were easy but you had to be careful about what you said. After filling out the application, I got an email for the interview four days later. Now I'm waiting for a call back. I got hired, they said they're waiting for HR to review stuff, hopefully it doesn't take too long! You get a free pair of Uggs. You can wear jeans and a collared long-sleeve white shirt, but I'm not sure what else you can wear. They told me when I come in to fill out paperwork, it takes 2 hours and I get paid for it!

They're opening a new store in the mall by my house so I applied online. I was called the next day and spoke with one of the store managers from California. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely friendly and down to earth and we discussed the company values as well as my values and experience. The interview process was extremely easy and very relaxed. He then told me he would set up another interview with the store manager in my region for a more one on one interview to see if I fit the role I applied for.

I had an interview at the 34th street workforce 1 location with a store manager, then went to the UGG store for another interview with a co-manager. I got a job offer a day or two later. The whole thing took about a week, though I wish the salary could've been negotiated.
