I just applied online and then got a call for an interview within 2-3 days. The interview was scheduled for two days later. I felt like I aced it and the manager was really nice. The questions were complex and really asked about my experience. It was a pretty standard interview overall. That same night, I got a call saying I was hired, and I started my first shift about a week later.

I had an interview at the 34th street workforce 1 location with a store manager, then went to the UGG store for another interview with a co-manager. I got a job offer a day or two later. The whole thing took about a week, though I wish the salary could've been negotiated.
