Heads up, some potential red flags here. The interview process at Uberall was a bit underwhelming compared to what I've seen elsewhere. The team seemed professional initially, but it sometimes felt more like they were trying to get competitive info, especially since I came from a competitor. Just something to be aware of if you're in a similar spot. The role also seemed like it had been open for a while, which, along with the interview vibe, made me wonder about how urgent or serious they were about hiring. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't particularly thoughtful or focused on the candidate. If you're thinking about interviewing, go in with your eyes open and be careful about what you share.

So, first up was this 15-minute chat with the recruiter. They gave me the lowdown on the company and what the job is about. Then, they asked me about my past work, the tech I've used, why I'm job hunting, and what my salary needs are. I got to ask them questions too. The interviewer was super nice and helpful the whole time. I heard back the next day, and they let me know I didn't get the role, explaining why professionally.

I applied to Uberall online and heard back a few days later. Scheduling was tough because the recruiter had limited availability, slowing things down. During the 45-minute call, the recruiter asked about 3 questions and didn't ask follow-ups to dig deeper into my experience. The interview style didn't seem to let candidates really show what they could do. I was told I'd hear about the next steps in 24 hours, but it took 4 days, and the first contact was a survey. It felt unprofessional.
